Cavity Floor Service Box

 

The CMS cavity floor service box is produced in 2, 3 & 4 compartment standard options in a range of standard depths. Each primary compartment is pre-punched to accommodate two 1-gang BS cutouts (86mm2 format), with the further option of sub-dividing primary compartments thereby offering up to eight compartment units as a standard part of the range.

Essentially the box assemblies comprise a three part set, the base box, surround trim and reversible hinged tray (laminated steel type). The box assembly is provided in three standard depths, to provide a range of depths as may be required (non-standard depth variations are available on request, as a made to order product). Surround trims are produced in a choice of materials and finishes and the hinged trays are produced in a selection of recess depths to accommodate a variety of floor finishes.

The cavity floor service box surround trim option is also produced in a micro-flange format to ensure that in instances where there is not a conventional floor covering (carpet etc), the fixing flanges are properly hidden by the surround trim unit.
